Refund Policy

Last updated: December 2026

This policy explains how to request and process refunds for VPNHL subscription services. Refund reviews are based on the orders and payment records in your account. Submit requests and supporting materials, and check progress, through panel tickets.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 60 days of your first payment, with no reason required. The refund window starts from the date of the first payment record; client installation, subscription import, or the first connection does not change that date. Connection issues or speed test results are not required to submit a request.

Please identify the relevant order when submitting a request. Monthly subscriptions and data packages follow different data rules, but those rules are not additional refund requirements. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages can be used until depleted and never expire. The fact that data packages do not expire does not extend the refund window.

If your account has an upgrade, renewal, or multiple orders, list each separately in the ticket so the payment can be matched to the relevant order record. Any price difference for a mid-term upgrade is converted into remaining days; the upgrade record should not be mistaken for the first payment date.

Eligibility and Review Scope

You may request a refund within the refund window if your plans have changed, the route experience does not meet your expectations, or you no longer need the subscription service. Accounts that do not require an email address can submit requests through the signed-in panel; providing an email address is not a refund requirement.

Requests made after the refund window are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund commitment above. Unpaid orders, or canceled orders for which no payment was collected, have no funds to refund. A payment that has already been refunded cannot be refunded again. If payment status is disputed, first check whether the charge was actually made.

Do not assume an unpublished deduction percentage or refund threshold based on data usage or recorded overages. Cases involving unusual usage, account violations, or payment disputes require a distinction between terms-of-use issues and payment ownership questions. Records should be reviewed and the basis for the decision explained; vague labels should not replace a conclusion. General refund requests do not require troubleshooting first.

How to Apply and What to Provide

  1. Sign in to the user panel, find the order you want refunded in your order history, and check its payment method, status, and amount.
  2. Open the ticket page, select refund request as the subject, and provide the order identifier, payment date, payment method, and amount involved. You may provide a reason voluntarily.
  3. If the payment record and order status do not match, attach the necessary proof of payment and redact unrelated personal information. Keep only the fields needed to verify the transaction.
  4. Check the review result, provide any additional materials, and follow progress in the same ticket to avoid splitting the record across duplicate requests.

Do not submit your account password, subscription link, private key, or recovery phrase. If you cannot sign in, first use the account recovery option in the panel; proof of payment cannot replace verification of account ownership.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

VPNHL supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are handled through the original payment transaction whenever possible. The account receiving the refund and available refund routes depend on the payment provider's records. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, confirm the reason and available options in a ticket. Do not redirect a refund to an unverified third-party account.

An original USDT transaction cannot be reversed through a payment platform. Confirm the refund receiving address, the relevant network, and payment details in a ticket. The account requesting the refund must confirm the receiving address. A mismatch between the address and network may prevent receipt, so verify both before sending.

For refunds involving different payment routes, clarify the refund amount, transfer arrangements, and any payment-provider handling in the ticket. This page makes no unverified commitments about fees, exchange rates, or currency conversions.

Checking Receipt and What Happens Next

Submitting a request, completing a review, and receiving funds are separate stages. Receipt times depend on the payment provider, transaction review, and USDT network processing; this page does not promise a fixed arrival time. Check both the ticket record and the actual credit in the receiving account.

If you receive a refund confirmation but do not yet see the funds, add the order identifier and receiving-account status to the original ticket and request a review of the refund transaction. Do not make another payment to test the refund, and do not upload complete transaction documents publicly.

Check subscription benefits and order status in the panel after a refund is completed. A refunded order should no longer be treated as an active subscription. If you have questions about the outcome, specify the record discrepancy in the original ticket. See the Terms of Service for service rules and the Privacy Policy for information handling.
